Is Mosquito Wizard of North Carolina licensed and insured?

Of course! Every technician at Mosquito Wizard of NC is certified by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture (NCDA). We carry Full Coverage General Liability & Workman’s Comp. Insurance.

If some mosquitoes stick around after treatment, will you come back out and re-spray?

Of course! We are confident that you will be mosquito free for up to 21 days, but if you begin to see mosquitoes within 3 weeks, simply give us a call and we will come back out and re-spray at no charge. (Please allow 48-72 hours when scheduling a re-spray)

How long does the treatment last?

At Mosquito Wizard we guarantee our barrier spray for up to 21 days. You will start to notice the full effect within 24-48 hours after your first treatment.

How long after you spray do I have to wait before my family and pets can enjoy our yard?

We recommend waiting a minimum of 20 minutes before using your yard again. This gives the treatment time to dry and begin taking effect.

Will I know when you are coming?

Yes! We will send you an email or text the day prior to services to let you know we are coming. We do ask, for the safety of our technicians, that at least 1 gate be unlocked and pets be kept inside. If there are pets outside, we will not spray and will call to reschedule. If scheduling arrangements for pets need to be made that is no problem.

Do I need to be home for the service?

No. We will not be entering your home, only the yard and surrounding areas. Please make sure at least one gate is unlocked. Our technician will leave a door hanger with his name and time he was there on your front door before departing.

Does the 21 day barrier kill more than just mosquitoes?

It can! Even though our service specializes in control of mosquitoes, our clients have seen an enormous reduction in the amount of spiders, cockroaches, aphids, Japanese beetles and many other species.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. Each technician at Mosquito Wizard is equipped with a mobile credit card device. However, we prefer invoicing monthly or payment arrangements for a season long service.
